Características
Broadband on the road
The VML700 modem connects equipment in a public safety vehicle to a high-speed, next-generation broadband network. This gives personnel access to large amounts of rich, relevant data where they need it most.
Connects to Public Safety LTE
The ability to work on a privately operated Band Class 14 LTE network lets public safety agencies enjoy a powerful combination of high data speeds, prioritization capabilities, security and control of a private network.
Multiple backhaul options
In addition to Public Safety LTE, the VML700 modem can connect to Band Class 13 LTE or EVDO networks, helping customers optimize their use of commercial carrier airtime. Connectivity to Wi-Fi networks allows customers to leverage existing backhaul infrastructure.
Nationwide roaming ability
The VML700 modem’s ability to connect to a Band Class 13 LTE or EVDO network means personnel outside their private LTE network’s coverage area can continue to access and share data, even across the country.
Mobile Wi-Fi hot spot
The VML700 can be used as an 802.11b/g/n access point. This allows a public safety vehicle to arrive on scene, become a hot spot, and connect multiple Wi-Fi devices to broadband backhaul.
Built-in GPS
Built-in GPS enhances personnel safety with vehicle tracking and location-based solutions.
Rugged construction
Designed for daily use inside a public safety vehicle, the VML700 modem is IP54 sealed. It is a solid-state device built to withstand heat, cold, rain, humidity, dust and vibration.
